4. Eligibility
4.1 You can use the website only if you are competent to enter into a legally binding contract under the provisions of the Indian Contract Act, 1872. 5. Your Online Order/Payment
5.1As per your acceptance over the ordering of the various products from our website you are a deemed customer of our website who has placed an order with us for purchase of the specified products. You recognize that you can purchase products through the website only through your membership account and all online payments will be accepted only through valid and authorized credit/ debit cards. 6. Delivery
6.1 Once an online purchase is placed from the website, we will thereafter transmit an email confirmation to your registered email address informing you of the scheduled date of delivery of your orders.
6.2 We will always deliver your purchased goods and services to your door or through digital media, and the maximum average time taken in delivery of your products is normally 3 to 4 weeks from the date of placing the Purchase Order on the website and realization of the purchase order amount. In case you have your premises located in a high rise complex, then you have to take efforts and have to make arrangements for smooth carriage by the carrier from such main gate of the complex to your door, regardless of any floor of your premises. Your acceptance is all we need to ensure that access for your products is suitable for our delivery man as well it’s a two way process a little cooperation from your side. Astro Chanakyaa will not be in any case accepting cancellation by you at the time of delivery. Subject to your general right of cancellation under the cancellation clause.
6.3Astroindusoot always aims at carrying out deliveries on the given date. The delivery date which is provided to you is the maximum estimated time to deliver the product. But in case, we find that subsequently the estimate is not up to the date, Astro Chanakyaa will endeavor to inform you using the registered contact numbers and/or email address from your registered data.
6.4In case, if it happens that your purchased goods remains at Astro Chanakyaa warehouse for more than a week and during that time if you fail to accept delivery or re-delivery (despite Astroindusoot having contacted you to do so), Astroindusoot reserves the right to cancel your order and retain up to 50% of the order value.
6.5 All of the purchases made by you from the website are pursuant to a shipment contract. And as per your order to such purchased goods shall be delivered to you once the goods are dispatched by Astro Chanakyaa to the carrier for delivery to your door. You have to make sure that the carrier of your online ordered goods at your door shall be your agent.
7. Short Delivery, Defective Goods or Damaged Goods
7.1 At the delivery time of product, we want you to inspect and supervise all the minute details about the product before signing to declare that you have received your goods in good condition. To protect your interest, if there is any claim made by you concerning short delivery and/or damaged and/or defective product found on delivery, or concerning damaged or defective goods found at a later date, but not later than 7(seven) days from the date of delivery, must be notified to the customer care department of Astro Chanakyaa by e mail at
info@astrochanakyaa.com or by phone on +91 8360989714. Astro Chanakyaa does not accept any claims for damage after that specified time.
7.2 Astro Chanakyaa does not warrant covering the effects of normal wear and tear, or damage caused by accident, movement, abuse or neglect of the purchased products within your premises.
8. Cancellation & Returns Procedure
8.1 You may cancel your purchase order within a period of and in any event not later than, 1 (one) day from the date of purchase.
8.2 If you choose to cancel your purchase order after your product has been dispatched, then the following procedure will apply.
8.3 In any case you decide to return the purchased product for some reason; you have to contact the customer care department of Astro Chanakyaa which will arrange to collect your purchased product. Astro Chanakyaa will levy an appropriate collection charge depending upon your location. You shall not be able to return product already delivered to you, beyond a period of 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of delivery of the product.
8.4 You have already reimbursed to the credit card with which you paid for the product online, after deducting the appropriate collection charge, once the returned product have been received back in a good condition and shape into Astro Chanakyaa Central Distribution Depot. For all other payment modes, refunds will be made through cheque or NEFT payment as applicable at the billing address within 2 weeks of resolution.
8.5 If it is found by Astro Chanakyaa that the product returned by you is not in a fully re-saleable condition, then Astro Chanakyaa reserves the right to refuse a refund on such product, or shall deduct an amount which may be up to 50% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
9. Product Description
9.1 Every product you purchase online is sold subject to its Product Description. Astro Chanakyaa ensures that all the reasonable care to all the details, descriptions and prices of products displayed on the Astro Chanakyaa website are real and are not vague at any point of time when the relevant information was entered into the system. Although Astro Chanakyaa website is kept as up to date as possible, information including Product Description appearing on the website, however it is possible that at a certain point of time it may not always reflect the exact position at the time of you placing an order.

12.1 Any issue regarding the above terms and conditions or any of the transaction of purchase conducted by you though the Astro Chanakyaa website shall be submitted to sole arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The sole arbitrator shall be appointed by Astro Chanakyaa. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on you as a decree of a court of law. The jurisdiction and venue for arbitration shall be at Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India only.
13. Jurisdiction
13.1 By accessing this website you agree that only the Courts in Punjab, India shall have the jurisdiction to entertain any suit or other proceedings by or against Astro Chanakyaa.
